Perch is a Canadian baby-gear price watch site. It helps you compare store prices, stock, deal context, and product-fit notes before you decide where to buy.

Perch is not a store. You do not purchase products through Perch, and Perch does not process payments, fulfill orders, handle returns, or provide retailer or manufacturer warranties.

Retailer and manufacturer pages remain the final source for price, availability, product details, recalls, manuals, safety notices, purchase terms, and support.

You may use Perch for personal, non-commercial research into Canadian baby gear. The site is intended for adults, including parents, caregivers, gift buyers, and researchers comparing public retailer offers.

Product pages, comparison pages, deal labels, fit notes, and product URL checks are informational tools. They are not professional advice, safety certification, medical advice, or a substitute for checking retailer, manufacturer, recall, and product manual information yourself.

Perch may add, remove, rename, or change products, retailers, categories, routes, features, alerts, and public pages as the service evolves.

Perch works from public store pages and compiled product data. Prices, sale labels, colours, bundles, availability, shipping charges, taxes, promo eligibility, and retailer policies can change without notice.

A Perch price, stock read, lowest-seen-price note, or deal label may be delayed, incomplete, stale, or different from what a retailer shows at checkout. Retailer checkout is the final source for the actual price, availability, taxes, fees, shipping, delivery timing, and purchase terms.

Lowest observed price means the lowest price Perch has observed in its available tracking window. It does not guarantee that a lower price never existed, that all variants were checked, or that future prices will follow the same pattern.

Deal labels and fit notes are generated from structured product and price facts. They help you prioritize research, but they do not guarantee savings, fit, safety, quality, or future resale value.

When you click a retailer link, you leave Perch and deal directly with that retailer. Your purchase is governed by the retailer’s terms, privacy policy, shipping policy, return policy, warranty process, and customer support path.

Perch is not responsible for retailer inventory, checkout errors, cancelled orders, substitutions, shipping delays, returns, recalls, product defects, warranty claims, or customer support outcomes.

Before buying baby gear, confirm the current model, colour, accessories, compatibility, safety notices, recall status, and manufacturer instructions with the retailer or manufacturer.

The product URL checker validates whether a pasted URL can be reviewed safely and whether Perch already tracks it. It does not guarantee that a requested product will be added.

Public price-alert signups are closed for now. If alerts open later, they are convenience features, not guarantees that you will catch every sale, restock, or price change.

Do not rely on Perch or an alert as your only way to catch a time-sensitive sale, restock, recall, or product change.

Some retailer links may include tracking parameters, referral codes, or affiliate links. Perch may earn a commission or other benefit if you click through and buy from a retailer.

Affiliate coverage may be partial. Some retailers may monetize through affiliate networks, some may use direct referral arrangements, and some may have no commercial relationship with Perch.

Sponsored placements or paid retailer preference should be labelled clearly if those features appear. Ordinary price comparisons should stay based on product, price, stock, and public store data rather than hidden paid placement.

Do not misuse Perch, interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or rate limits, submit unsafe or deceptive URLs, probe private infrastructure, or use the site to distribute spam, malware, or unlawful content.

Do not scrape, bulk copy, resell, republish, or use Perch data to build a competing dataset or automated commercial service without written permission.

Do not use automated requests in a way that degrades the service, increases costs, or attempts to extract the full catalog, private engine data, parser outputs, review queues, raw snapshots, or internal matching notes.

Perch may block, throttle, remove, or ignore traffic, requests, or submissions that appear abusive, unsafe, automated, or outside the intended use of the service.

The public website is designed to show only the product data needed for active public pages. The private product-intelligence engine, raw retailer snapshots, parser traces, internal matching notes, review queues, and experimental enrichment artifacts are not public app features.

You may see the data needed to render a public page, but that does not grant permission to access private systems or harvest the service as a reusable database.

Perch may change these terms, change the site, pause features, remove pages, or stop operating parts of the service.

The site may be unavailable because of maintenance, hosting issues, retailer changes, data refresh failures, or bugs.

If these terms change materially, Perch should update the last-updated date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
